YOGA
Kenpo kai is a traditional Japanese martial art.
It has an ancient origin but at the same time it adapts very well to the modern era.
It is not only a martial art of combat, since it also has activities such as self defense, katas, meditation and medicine among many others.
Being a traditional martial art, athletes are instilled with vital values such as camaraderie, perseverance, effort and respect.
Unlike other activities, kenpo kai has a structured system, whereby the student will learn progressively but effectively, strengthening what has been learned while soaking up new knowledge.
Not only do you learn to kick and punch, that would be staying on the surface, you will learn effective ways to defend yourself against the different attacks that can be used against you, you will learn knowledge about health, medicine, vital points, body function, you will also know put into practice everything learned in situations of greater tension, such as in kenpo kai battles, in whose activity there are battles for all people, since there are battles of lesser and greater intensity.
